His core strengths have been advising and investing across asset classes. Contributes to group strategy, business development and Promore’s long-term relationship philosophy, drawing on experience in financial advisory and wealth planning.

She is a MBA in Finance & Marketing along with Certification in Financial Planning (CFPCM) from the FPSB Ltd. USA and has also done the Life Planning course from Kinder Institute of Life Planning, USA. Nisha is very passionate about personal finance space and possesses extensive experience in comprehensive Financial Planning, Investment Advisory, Retirement solutions, Tax Planning, Goals based investing, Estate Planning and Insurance Broking for over 14 years. She has also been actively conducting financial literacy workshops for various groups and corporates.

Vinit Jain is a Chartered Accountant and seasoned principal investor with 5 years of cross-functional finance expertise.He began by spending 3.5 years in statutory & internal audits, mastering Ind-AS/IFRS and financial due diligence. Transitioning to the buyside in 2024, he joined a private equity & investment banking platform, executing ₹100+ crore investments across diverse sectors. He led complete deal cycles, from proprietary sourcing and financial modeling (DCF, multiples) to closing and portfolio monitoring.
Today, Vinit advises promoters, family offices, and UHNWIs on PE fund-raising, M&A, and growth strategy, leveraging his rare blend of audit depth and principal investing experience.

Yash Acharya brings an international background in operational excellence, business systems and scalable process development. With experience in continuous improvement, supply chain management and organisational execution, he adds a structured and analytical perspective to Promore’s growth journey.
